MHTN Office Remodel

MHTN Architects, Inc’s 2009 remodeling of its corporate offices has received  LEED® Gold Certification for Commercial Interiors (LEED CI®), the first for any Utah based architecture/design firm.  MHTN leaders decided to apply the firm’s philosophy about, and dedication to, sustainable design. Attaining LEED®  certification was an essential step in ‘walking our talk’ when it comes to our commitment to sound sustainable design principles.

“As architects, we understand the relationship buildings have with the environment, “says Bryce Jones, AIA, MHTN president.  “We are committed to helping clients understand and achieve the advantages of sustainable design.  We decided one way to do this would be to do so ourselves as we remodeled our offices.  And then we can “lead the LEED®” for others.”

Awards:

  • 2008, IIDA, International Illuminating Design Awards "Excellence in Interior Lighting Design", "Energy and Environmental Design"
