University of Utah / Primary Children’s Medical Center Ambulatory Care Complex

Phase I of this multiple-phased project consists of a parking structure, an ambulatory services center for the University of Utah Healthcare and an ambulatory care center for Intermountain Healthcare's Primary Children's Medical Center. Phase II will consist of a major parking lot replacement for PCMC, a second ambulatory services center and parking lot expansion for the University. When complete, these facilities with comprise the premier ambulatory care complex in the entire Intermountain West Region. In partnership with HOK out of San Francisco, MHTN is the managing architect of record for Phase I.
