Roseman University Dental School
Roseman University Roseman University, formally known as the University of Southern Nevada, is building a new dental school in South Jordan, Utah. This college of dental medicine will house a state-of-the-art dental teaching facility for class sizes of 80 students per year. The building is a five-story class-A office building at the RiverPark office park. The program will allow students to start in classroom lecturing environments, progress into simulation chairs, and ultimately treat walk-in patients. The building has been laid out in four quadrants per year to allow students to work in groups and self critique their skills and learning abilities. The layout within each quadrant is done in a manner that encourages interdisciplinary learning and collaborative teaching environments. Ultimately, the building will have 189 dental chairs including specialties in pediatrics, endodontics, and surgical suites. The building is approximately 150,000 ft.² and will be furnished with state-of-the-art dental equipment.
