As the Human Resources Administrator, Sierra is responsible for personnel administration and employee relations guidance and support. This extends to recruitment and on-boarding, performance management, file maintenance, policy navigation, and benefit and leave administration. She contributes to the overall well-being of the individuals and teams at the firm.
