San Juan Health Spanish Valley Clinic

Located just south of Moab, Utah, the Spanish Valley Clinic is the newest health facility for San Juan Health. MHTN provided initial master planning services and a feasibility study for the project including concept site analysis, expansion options, building concept design with 3D massing, and development cost analysis. This clinic is designed to allow treatment of patients in a remote area of Utah. The building features close to a dozen patient rooms that surround a nurse’s station. Support services include a large pharmacy room (with a drive-up window), laboratory, and radiology featuring an x-ray and CT scan.
