The spacious entry lobby and adjoining street-front retail spaces create a lively and inviting pedestrian environment within the heart of the Central Business District. Among the most prestigious office buildings in the Intermountain West, the skyscraper features state-of-the-art Class A office suites. The project site includes a small pocket park and pedestrian corridor that connects to the mid-block alley and adjoining 8-level parking structure.
