James works with the client to understand their programmatic needs, budget, and schedule. He leads the design team with the client through a collaborative process to refine design options and produce a complete set of construction documents. He then assists the client to obtain bids and a permit, and awards the construction contract, ensuring that the documents and contract are successfully fulfilled.
