Department of Veterans Affairs – South Jordan VA Clinic

The newest healthcare facility for the Department of Veteran Affairs relocates and expands the services currently offered in West Valley City to Daybreak in South Jordan, Utah. The project includes exam rooms and spaces specifically designed for family practice, women’s health, tele-health, tele-retinal, audiology, mental health and a draw lab – all of which have been optimized around the VA’s PACT patient care delivery model. The layout and design addresses the patient care experience while focusing on efficient access, intuitive wayfinding, privacy features, and ample staff work space.
