Innovation Pointe
This 40-acre master planned corporate campus offers innovative architectural design, smart building technology, unique amenities, convenient transportation access, and impressive panoramic valley views of Utah County. Located in Silicon Slopes (Lehi), Innovation Pointe consists of two five-story Class A office buildings with adjacent parking. Amenities feature a lounge/cafe, fitness center, secure bike storage, outdoor plaza, food truck park, dog park, and a walking path with access to the nearby trail system. The design reflects a community environment where employees feel welcome and inspired. Phase II will include two additional Class-A office buildings and a four-acre park to the north of campus.

Working on a Sloped Site
This campus is located on a sloped site that required the parking structure to transition grade. The project exemplifies a stream-like modern design with views towards the mountains and Utah Lake.
