With many commercial areas in Taylorsville being built during the 1970’s, 80’s, and 90’s, the majority are aging, underutilized, and lack a cohesive and exciting vision. A new identity, vitality, and anchors will be recommended for these centers as lifestyles, transportation, work-styles, housing options, retail trends, and shopping habits have and will continue to evolve. The outcome of the project will be a clear, insightful, visual and engaging plan for commercial redevelopment in the City and visionary and viable redevelopment plans for each targeted area.
